I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience here was too perfect to not leave a great review. Avalyn Nails just started providing the service of gel- x nails and I couldn’t be happier. I came to get my nails done for my anniversary and they came out perfect and look so beautiful!!! In addition to that, the woman who did them (I believe her name is Sherri) took her time every step of the way. I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other salons and I was treated with kindness. If you’re looking for a new salon or have never been to one I highly recommended Avalyn Nails, as every time I’ve come here I’ve had the best experience! I couldn’t be more grateful for this job well done!

Tonight was my first time going to Avalyn’s and I will definitely be coming back! I tried the gel fx tips for the first time as recommended by Jennifer. So far, I am obsessed! The woman who did my toes and Jennifer were both so patient, kind, and polite. I didn’t feel rushed to pick out a color which sometimes nail salons can be like that and I feel pressure to pick right away. They gave me time to choose, and I ended up with a different color on each nail! I love how fun and perfect they came out! Thank you!

I called to make an appointment with the manager only to be given to another nail tech to do my nails and she leaves. When I mentioned that I had an appointment with the manager, he calls her back and she comes back, angry and just files my nails very poorly, and gives me back to the other nail tech. I have been to this place a couple of times for years because of their color options but the customer service is always terrible. Will not be coming back.
