I want to start by saying that I live very close to a shed distributor but didn't purchase from them. I sat in their showroom for 20 minutes waiting to order my shed. I was not acknowledged once while waiting, to say that they would be with me shortly so I left. I figured my business wasn't important enough for a courteous pardon for the wait.
I had previously looked at the Best in Backyard to see what they had on their lot. I went into the office and was helped by Anthony, who was very helpful and thorough. I decided to order from them based on price, delivery time, and workmanship. The order was handled very professionally. I was called within a couple of days to schedule delivery. Everything went smoothly.
The delivery of the shed was quite impressive in the way it was lifted off of the truck and rolled very carefully down my freshly paved new driveway. The installer was very careful not to leave tread marks.
Upon delivery, I realized there was a color issue. I'm not sure if it was a dye lot problem or a miscommunication of the intended color. Mark, from customer service, handled my problem in a very professionally and made sure the problem was corrected in a timely manner. The shed was repainted to my liking. I am thrilled with my new shed. Construction, color, quality, delivery, and customer service was paramount.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to add a new storage building to their property. Not only is it functional but also beautiful to look at. I believe this addition has increased the value of my house. Kudos to this company! Well done.

Great experience from start to finish! Sales reps were kind & patient while we weighed the value of the options available, which included multiple visits to the lot to see in person. We added almost all of them and were not disappointed with the final result! Delivery staff was masterful & fascinating to watch.

Byron and Sosa did a fantastic job of placing my shed on a concrete pad. The pad was too small and they quickly figured out a solution. They were extremely nice and professional. I would certainly request them on my next project.

We decided we wanted to upgrade our existing swing set and it was smaller, falling apart, and received second hand. I’m not sure how old it actually was but the brand was kid kraft. So we started looking. From having the old set I knew what I did and didn’t want.
Browsing: We did not want one from the big box stores. The quality just is not there anymore. Yes the prices are cheap but so are the materials it’s made with. So we ventured to Best in Backyards. Once we saw how the quality of these were compared to others we looked at I knew we were getting one from here. The only mistake we made was bringing the kid with us… that was a very expensive mistake because the kid picked out a rather large one (admittedly I had my eyes set on that one but let’s just blame the kid).
Purchasing: Our sales rep, Anthony, was great. I like to be able to walk around and talk to my husband in deciding what I do and don’t like and prices. Anthony let us do that without hounding. We were between two sets (Fantasy and Fantasy tree house) and he was helpful in walking through the differences. When it came to upgrades he told us of options but was not pushy. Once we decided on items he told us of the warranty. He was phenomenal- 1000% I would go back just because of him.
Delivery and installation- Anthony may have told us that it would only take a half day for them to install. I was convinced he was wrong that that they just say it. Alas- he wasn’t. Willy and Gustavo arrived promptly at 8:30am and left my house by 1:15pm. It was raining this morning and that didn’t stop them. They were so respectful and I joked with the husband that they put it together with more care than we would have done. They were even checking to make sure it was level and broke off a branch or two that would have hit into the roofs. Once they completed the assembly they walked around the yard picking up any trash that the wind may have taken while they were working. Honestly- I forgot they were here for a few hours they were that quiet. They told me how to care for the playground to extend the life of it. Installation was worth every penny and they were great people!
We will be back, not for a playground because this will last for many years, but for all their other offerings.

Awesome experience! The entire process was easy and everyone I spoke with during visits to the New Windsor location were very kind and informative. The delivery and installation were as smooth as could be. HENRY A and JOSE L arrived right on schedule, were extremely kind and helpful in answering questions regarding location, etc. and were able to provide all the information I could ask for. Henry and Jose were a pleasure to work with, and the swingset looks great! Highly recommend Best in Backyards to anyone looking for a swingset! Thank you!!

We had an outstanding experience working with Best in Backyards - New Windsor. We purchased a playset and every facet of the process, from selection to installation, was extraordinarily customer friendly. We absolutely recommend their services and plan on shopping with them in the future!!Customer Service - the team at B.I.B. were super helpful and helped us distinguish which the correct playset was for our family. They helped us look at the space and assess what would work and (more importantly) what wouldn't.Installation - the team was right on time and did an exceptional job communicating with us. They were so easy to work with and had the whole job done in 2-3 hours.Value - The price was a little bit more than we were expecting to pay for this project, but it was absolutely worth it. It would certainly be cheaper to purchase a set from a Box Store, but we would have been lost without the expert advising from the sales team and the amazing installation crew.Quality - We were so pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the set. It is incredibly sturdy and the construction is top notch. They even did a great job levelling the unit, despite being on a hill.
