About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a mixed experience for customers. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially at the New Windsor airport, where quick service and clean vehicles are commonly noted. Some customers highlight the ease of pickup, while others find the instructions confusing, especially regarding where to park and how to reach the counter. Although some enjoy upgrades and competitive pricing, others feel the customer service could be improved, particularly in offering discounts. Drop-off experiences can vary, with reports of no shuttle driver available, leading to additional costs for customers. Overall, Budget Car Rental is recognized for its reasonable prices and supportive staff, but there are areas needing improvement in communication and service efficiency.

Great service at this location. Maury was very helpless and competent on a car swap.

Amaury was extremely professional and made the drop off process quick/straightforward despite the fact I was dropping off from a different location.
