We went on a family vacation overseas leaving my 9 year old toy poodle with a coworker. When we came back from the short trip, my dog ended up scratching and breaking parts of the carpet. Multiple companies suggested to replace the entire floor. I came across this company and the sales rep. recommended Lee. Lee was amazing, super helpful, and super knowledgeable. He made the whole process quick and easy. It was affordable pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Carpet guys did a great job coming in and replacing a section of carpet that had gotten damaged by fire.They were on time, did the job very swiftly and you can't see the seams from the replacement. I highly recommend them.

We had our upstairs room carpeted by Lee and his son they did a great job. Carpet Guys is reasonable and does quality work. I would recommend for carpets and floors!

I had my carpet installed by the Carpet Guys a few months ago and they really did a good job. Lee was my salesman and he was very professional and accommodating especially when it came to scheduling for installation. The showroom had a nice selection of different flooring to choose from with so many different options for installation. The guy that install my carpet came with his girlfriend who assisted him with removal of my old carpet and they did an excellent job. They removed and installed my old carpet very quickly. After they were finished Lee came back to make sure I was satisfied with the workand too make sure everything was done properly. I will definitely be using again for my flooring installation.

I went on line and found Carpet Guys. My experience with them was wonderful. He assessed the problem, took the rug with him. (Lee) I picked it up on the day it was promised and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the professional of Carpet Guys. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

Excellent!! Mr. Lee was professional and courteous and provided exceptional service in the time frame he promised. He rescued us from a mistake we made by first using Empire Carpets. Empire gave us excuse after excuse of cancellations and were unable to deliver carpet prior to furniture delivery. Mr. Lee made sure carpet was installed prior to our furniture delivery with only a short period of time to work with saving us a lot of aggravation. We were so pleased we recently used him again to install carpet in our living room and were extremely happy, yet again especially with his recommendation to roll the edges for our hardwood floor transition. We are extremely happy with Mr. Lee’s suggestion and love the final results. We will definitely use Mr. Lee and carpet Guys for our next project and will gladly recommend his business to family and friends.

I had bought a condo and the bedroom carpet color was not something I liked. Finally getting enough money together to actually do the project I went shopping around for local guys. I went to four different carpet places including Carpet Guys USA. They came to my place to measure, (I had done measurements prior and both theirs and mine matched) and then we met to finalize the project. Went to their showroom to confirm the carpet and put the order in. They ordered the materials and when they called me we scheduled a date. A two man team came to my condo the first thing in the morning and got done before lunch. They cleaned up and took the old carpet and materials. The finished work was fantastic, I highly recommend them.
