I had a horrible experience with the lady who did my nails I originally showed her. My nail is purple before she did my nails and she told me the price will be $55. Was she doing my nails? She asked me what color did I want and looking back at the same exact design she changed the price of 75 however I showed her this picture already and she said well. I thought you was only talking about one now. I don’t know how because they were different designs on all the nails and I said I want all the same. I get to ask her if then, if the original price is gonna be $55, what nail design does she think I was talking about originally she couldn’t give me an answer. I ended up getting a black tip that was $65 and it still was very, very bad.

Only reason I am giving it a 1 star is because the ladies who work there have nothing to do with the nastiness they have to deal with. The man who sits there and watches them and treats them like he is their owner is disgusting. He makes things very uncomfortable and then he demands a tip and if he doesnt see you physically tip the person he says something very loudly. And in my instance, I embarrassed the heck out of him because of course I had tipped the person who did my manicure so I let that be know LOUDLY, then I had to say something about how absolutely rude and out of line that was. I am very worried for those ladies working there and that man needs to be turned in! Overall experience there is great every time except for that man!

I hesitated on going because I had issues in the past but my regular place was fully booked. I got a lemon spa pedicure which chipped bad the next day. The polish seemed watered down and streaky. The nails were cut all different lengths and the right big toe nail was crooked.The lady wrapped my foot in a hot towel which burnt the side of my foot. Before I even sat down to dry my nails I was told “pay up”. I don’t think I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt anymore and won’t return.

Walked in at 627pm to get a pedicure ,nobody in the place and they stated they don't have time they close at 7pm .very poor customer service .I have used them in the past just because I have had gift certificates and Everytime the guy in the front is rude ,staff is so so .there areuch better salons locally then them .

I used to enjoy going but the last 3 or 4 times the powder manicures I've been getting start chipping within a week. I guess I'll have to look for someplace new.

The worst! Employee couldn’t file nails same length or shape. Gel color has bumps, lines and just awful. Will never recommend nor go again! Should have zero stars.

Always have a good experience here nails come out great. I get uv gel with stiletto shape and they do a nice job.

Horrible business that brakes the law not honoring gift certificates from the previous owner. Shame on you it it illegal in the state of NY.

Paid over 100$ for gel mani n pedi. Gel color didn’t last a week. And when I came back in to get my toe which the color discolored on they tried to charge me for it. This is the 2nd time with a bad experience. I should’ve never gave them another chance. Being truthfully honest run in the other direction when it comes to this place.

I went in at 6pm for a pedicure and they said we don’t have time come tomorrow. I said you close at 7pm. How do you not have time for a pedicure? What kind of business turns away customers like this?!

Poor service and biased. I waited for 40 minutes after being told 45 minutes wait time for service. I was patient and understood they were busy. Then new customers came in and were given service before me with no explanation or even regard for me. When I voiced up I was sat in a pedicure chair for 15 more minutes while they serviced others who came in after me. I finally told the girl at the front desk that I was leaving and she said, come back tomorrow. One hour of wasted time. I would have preferred if she said they were fully booked rather than be treated like a second class citizen. I never returned and will not. They were my go to for pedicures, never again. Not to mention they do a very mediocre job on nails.
