Please avoid this store, unless you want to get a fifty dollar parking ticket.! Parking lines are hardly visible, especially at night and if you park outside of them you will get a ticket.! I complained to the manager and asked for the owner's address whom they lease from and she would not offer any info .!!'I had to go to town hall,tax assessor to get that info.! If Dollar General really cared about their customers they would have contacted the owner and tell them to paint new lines on the parking lot.!

Used to shop here quite a bit when moving to section in New Windsor. First several of years staff members was pleasant even though at times short staffed longer checking out. Last couple of times I went to this location staff unfriendly and unwelcoming rudeness at times animosity towards its customers. Store was a mess things everywhere not organized like it was previously definitely a turn off heading downhill.

Honestly this store does not even deserve one star! This store is absolutely horrible and the people who work in it are rude and unprofessional. The store is disgustingly dirty and unorganized. God forbid you need to pay with cash they never have enough change or you can’t use a bill larger then $20. The self check out machine is always broken or out of service and the employees are too busy hiding in the staff room or never near the register to check out customers. I guess you can’t expect anything more from dollar general.

I have been a dollar general shopper for several years. It is hard to write this review and I have tried to have my concerns addressed and resolved. Majority of the staff except two people a young lady and young man who are very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff is rude and not professional at all. The manager is very condescending and basically just blows you off when you bring something to her attention. The store is severely understaffed and has very limited stock. I took the survey and received a call from the district manager Peter O'Grady who is just as rude condescending and has no professionalism whatsoever. He basically blamed the whole limited stock issue on the supply chain issue in the country. That's funny because I was forced to get my paper products at Aldi and ShopRite. Aldi and ShopRite has a full supply of paper products and stock. I am sad to say that I will severely cut my trips to dollar general as they give me the feeling that they don't care about their customers or customer feedback. They also force you to use the self checkout and will allow customers to wait online just to use the self checkout when they have other registers. This is poor customer service and after speaking to Mr. Ogrady and his behavior towards me is why it is the way it is. Honestly I don't like to write bad reviews and if you look at my reviews I have more positive than negative. Shame on you Dollar General take care of your customers better. This review was needed to make customers aware and exercise my freedom of speech and hopefully upper management will see this and will make the appropriate changes.
