About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in New Windsor offers a clean and sanitized rental experience, with a low-touch process across its 7,000+ locations worldwide. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, including Jaylen and Shenoy, who provide welcoming service and assist with vehicle selection. Shenoy, a management trainee, received particular praise for her caring and professional manner, making the rental process easy for those in difficult situations, such as after a car accident. She even went the extra mile to locate and deliver a vehicle from another location, ensuring customer comfort and insurance coverage. While most reviews highlight excellent customer service and the ease of renting, one customer noted a lack of warning regarding insurance payment deadlines, resulting in out-of-pocket expenses. Overall, the New Windsor branch is recommended for its outstanding service, knowledgeable staff, and a wide selection of vehicles.
