Needed a tow this evening after hitting a pothole on I 84 just past Maybrook exit heading towards New Windsor a little before midnight . I gave express towing a call and Joe came out within 20 minutes and was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely use them in the future as they were quick, friendly and affordable.

I met Al today on quite a stressful morning in my home; and he immediately put me at such ease. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable & so easy to talk to! He is such a calming presence too when dealing with an unexpected car issue. Highly recommend!
