Been using H&R Block to do my taxes since late 2008 early 2009 there’s been quite a few ups and downs throughout. Sometimes the amounts they charge to get taxes done is really steep if not a bit crazy sometimes. Overall been a satisfied customer here over a span of nearly 15 years.
