I'm not a big fan of Key Bank as a company, but the tellers at this particular branch are something special.
To make a long story short, I went in today because my account was compromised. It's very difficult for me to get there due to a lack of transportation, and I learned that I wouldn't be able to withdraw my paycheck from there until the next day.
Under normal circumstances I'd be screwed because I cannot possibly make it to the branch tomorrow, I have no transportation and I'm on my last 20 bucks, so not only did the teller offer to literally drive my money to my house tomorrow, they even got me a ride back home today.
To say that those people went above and beyond to help me is an understatement. That key bank branch is ran by angels. If any of you are reading this thank you, I owe you one.
If anyone else from key bank is reading this, give those people some raises, they deserve it.

Overall very satisfied with Key Bank been with them since late December 2008 after moving into the area. Over the years they have been very helpful with friendly professional service. Any problems or questions that I had regarding accounts or transactions been able to resolve either at local branch or with their customer service departments. Hard to believe it’s been nearly 15 years elapsed time when I had first opened up an account with them. Even with many new faces and them moving to a bigger location from previous smaller location I am a very satisfied customer!! All goes well looking forward to doing future business with Key Bank! Yeehaw! Yeehaw!?

The ATM legitimately ate our card and the guy told us it happens sometimes and there’s nothing he can do about it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this bank

Zackery Chestnut is very articulate and very informative. He maintains a high since of professionalism from all levels of business and is really customer friendly and accommodating. Excellent hire and I will look forward to continuing to work with more great hires like him in the future!!!

I was at the bank with my 5 year old daughter on 10/31/2020, she needed to use the restroom. We were not allowed to use the bathroom in the bank, had to go to star bucks. You could not make an accommodation for a little girl to use a restroom? You could not foresee clients needing to use a restroom? You spend so much money on market research and trying to create good branding(or whatever pr label you have) yet providing a basic biological need to a little girl is outside of your scope.

Employee Tom King at the Vails Gate branch is the most dedicated to the customer as I have found. I switched credit card processors to Key bank and he was with me every step of the way. His knowledge, patience, and follow up are exemplary and beyond any I have experienced at any bank. As a small business owner in the community for many years I have not seen such dedication to customers as he offers. Thank you Tom you are the best! :)
