Lincare at a corporate level is great to deal with, it’s when you deal with the local office the wheels kinda come off. You made to feel like you are clueless and they have all the answers, you get the sense that they feel you know nothing when actuality it’s exact opposite. Once you get past the hurdle of the local office and your supply schedule is set up. everything is wonderful. My supplies come on time corporate office follows up to ensure that there’s been no changes… If their system with designed so that I dealt only with the corporate office on a regular basis, I would give them five stars

I dropped off equipment and paid all bills in summer of 2023. July 2024 Lincare sent a bill for $74 for items not returned. I keep getting transferred to different departments after waiting for an hour or getting hung up on. Online text are not answering or referring to someone else also. Filed complaint with BBB.
FYI, it took about 6 months to get CPAP and I returned it with in 3 months of getting it. Poor service, product did not work, and now they are charging me for things I do not have.

I had a visit with Vincent from LinCare this morning .Vincent greeted us warmly. He brought the item prescribed to me. A few minutes of paperwork. He then took his time to explain every step to ensure my understanding of the machine. Vincent was great and professional. He only left when he was completely sure our understanding of using the machine was complete.. A true asset to LinCare. Thank you Ken Bowen

It is impossible to reach this office. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message on the central Lincare line, they promise a call back and but they never return the call. When you leave an unfavorable review, you see a canned response, no one personally reaches out to resolve any issues.

This was an awful experience. It took 35 minutes to make a payment on my bill somewhere out in Florida or California now I’m trying to order supplies and you can speak to a real person now I have to sit here and wait for somebody to contact me back I’ve never experienced anything like this Machine needs to be serviced. I live with my oxygen Machine great job

I met with the technician and he was professional and great with customer service. He took care of my problem in a mere few moments. Definitely a keeper Lincare.

Initially I was not happy with Lincare's service with pretty much the same complaints as others.
However that opinion turned around completely when you realize they have a system, one that works. Like clockwork they call every other Friday to see what is needed for the Monday delivery. Our oxygen generator failed late on a Saturday night, the service tech showed up within the hour with a new generator. Thanks to Tracy in customer service and Steve the delivery tech. You both have always congenial , and never fail to ask how we are doing. You both are truly an asset to the company.

Awful customer service from an awful company!
Hung up on multiple times with AI bots. Anyone I did actually speak with never listened to when to return calls-I am a teacher and cannot answer the phone during the day.
Whenever I called back, I was on hold for upwards of 30 minutes, if I wasn't hung up on by the AI bots.
My doctor's office warned me about Lincare and I can see why. It is a shame my insurance only works with them, something that will have to change moving forward.
Awful company with awful customer service reps that I won't name.
Lincare will now post that auto-reply, also from a bot, that says to call a number because they pride themselves on customer service, where there are no humans to deal with...Useless info!

Sonia is very condescending, and hard to communicate with. She is underhandedly emotionally abusive. I don’t like to deal with this company, they manage and control the conversations. You can hear the smile on their faces when the keep going around questions I ask.
