“Great place for outdoor tools. They just delivered my new Ariens Zero Turn and bagger. I got out yesterday to give a quick mow and suck up remaining leaves and twigs. They are very helpful and made sure I ended up with the right unit for my yard. Delivery guy was great and very helpful. Return customer, my second mower and a snowblower from them.”

“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)

“We had a great experience, lower prices than we thought they would be and the staff was amazing. 2 guys helped us load our can without us asking for help. They wrapped corn stalks in plastic and tied them to the roof of the car. Devitts is our new go to place for gardening supplies and plants”
