Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)
