“My 8 month old son and I went in today to get a Christmas tree. I was thinking I'd be able to fit the box standing in a cart but it wasn't working out. A younger employee, who's name I didn't catch, saw me struggling and carried the tree to the checkout counter and then out to my car. I thought he was just going to leave it and go back inside but he stayed and tried to help me get it into my car. It didn't end up fitting but it wasn't for his lack of trying! He was great and I wish I knew his name to give him credit.”

“Needed garden soil for my new veggie garden. Called and spoke to John on Tuesday and the soil was delivered Friday afternoon based on my work schedule. The delivery was perfect and somehow Jimmy the driver was able to back his truck up to the nether-regions of my back garden and dump the soil right into the plot. Super impressed.
