Rae of Light Yoga Studio has done wonders for our daughter who started yoga there at three years old. Always a calm and fun experience for our daughter. Her love of yoga will continue for years to come.

I teach there but I am also a student there. RoL has a fabulous set of instructors, all bringing in their own expertise in many different kinds of yoga. Yang then Yin with Jen is amazing! As well as Kundalini with Shayna.

We took the yoga for stress reduction class on 1/12/19. It was excellent . Susan and Nicole are awesome instructors. We will be going back for more classes.

Rae of Light Yoga Studio offers classes and events for adults + children. All classes, workshops, and gatherings can be booked on our website.
