I was with Allstate and Roger Dwyer for 21 years. My insurance lapsed and they did not reach out to me. They said they sent out reminders which went to an old address. I know for a fact I talked with them about a change of address. My insurance was canceled and I had no idea until I went to register my car. Perhaps a courtesy call would have been appropriate seeing they were my provider for 21 years! Now my insurance rate has basically doubled. Life happens and things slip your mind (my fault) but a loyal customer for 21 years and you don’t give a courtesy call? I’d give 0 stars if it let me.

They have now helped me twice in the last 8 months. Very quick response from them. Allstate is not allowing me to switch them as my preferred agent yet but I will as soon as I am able to.

They just keep raising rates and we’re extremely unhelpful. They also forgot to send my information to DMV so my car had to be towed and lost multiple days work trying to fix it.

We have been with All-State for years now and there's nothing that I can say negative. Roger called me while he was on vacation 2 years ago when a deer was hit in my car. I never thought to call him when the body shop screwed me over until now. That's my loss. However, I can call on Marilyn and she's just as pleasant. Customer Service is very important to me simply because I am expected to give the same. Thank you All-State for being the best insurance for my family and I. Ms. Swain

Prompt and courteous service and responsiveness at all times. Their prices and discounts (good driver, multi-car, home) make auto insurance a bit more affordable then competitors... especially if you need a multi-car auto insurance (I've got 3 cars). As long as Allstate keep their words and the current rates I don't see myself switching to any other insurance company... for a very long time!
