“Hi! My husband and I had gone over to our storage unit at Prime Storage Temple Hill Road located in New Windsor NY. At some point We were having trouble with our lock and they did replace it but we didn’t get the new key! When we got there no one was around.. however, a Prime Storage worker ( Ryan). from another area just happened to be there , Ryan did see our frustration and he did everything he could to make sure we got in to our storage! Ryan made phone calls , He looked for new keys and finally Ryan found the golden key! Thank you Ryan for being there, and for having such a great attitude which made us feel at peace! Ryan was not going to leave until we were able to get in our unit! my husband was very happy that he was able to get his motorcycle out for a big ride tomorrow ( Saturday). Thank you again”

“Try to check in during open hours. I have had problems checking in with the U Haul App on several occasions, possibly because the cell service isn't good there.
the phone call customer service was very helpful but It took me about 45 minutes to get the key because I had an 8am pickup and the employees didnt' start work till 9. One arrived around 8: 25 but wouldn't help me because it was before her start time. Maybe if there was a Wifi network near the lock boxes at this location, that customers could have access to, the mobile check in would work better.”
