“As of now, my experience with this Prime Storage location has been excellent. The facility is clean. Jasmin walked me through all the paperwork very thoroughly and showed me two units so that I could decide which one.”
“When I first inquired about the storage facility and the availability of the storage, I was provided detailed information about the storage facility and the various size units available. They explained how the process worked and it was very easy securing storage space that I needed. I would recommend them to anyone interested in reasonably priced storage space.”

“Try to check in during open hours. I have had problems checking in with the U Haul App on several occasions, possibly because the cell service isn't good there.
the phone call customer service was very helpful but It took me about 45 minutes to get the key because I had an 8am pickup and the employees didnt' start work till 9. One arrived around 8: 25 but wouldn't help me because it was before her start time. Maybe if there was a Wifi network near the lock boxes at this location, that customers could have access to, the mobile check in would work better.”
