If zero stars was a option the unprofessionalism that goes in at this place from employees all the way up to management with language and using profanity to communicate. This kind of behavior not only undermines the credibility of the management team but also erodes trust and respect. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, and I hope this issue is addressed to ensure that future interactions are conducted with the appropriate level of respect and decorum.

Just a heads up about an auto repair shop Star Quality Auto Center in New Windsor. I brought them a car (not mine) for a 4 wheel alignment they gave me a price and an appointment so far so good. About three hours later they call to say car is ready, now this car had been in an accident and was repaired and this was explained to I guess the service writer, also letting him know that new struts were installed and adjustable unlike the original ones. So we go to pick up the car and are told something is bent and they can't align the front wheels properly. Okay this is possible as the car had been in an accident. After we leave I looked at the computer print out from the alignment machine and realize two of the three measurements are the same before and after meaning they never attempted to correct them. I went back the next day to question them and they brought out the mechanic he told me he wasn't told the struts were adjustable as the factory ones aren't. The owner a woman is very nasty and insisted the spindle is bent and needs to be replaced she repeated this several times, I asked her what is the spindle as they haven't been used on cars for many years, she told me to leave and never come back. I left took the car to another shop explained the problem they had an open slot had me fixed in 20 minutes with perfect alignment. No parts needed.
After my bad experience with Star Quality I talked with a few friends and they all said bad things about her, I went on Google reviews and see mixed reviews. I used them once before and was happy, but after this never again. She said don't come back, to many good shops elsewhere.

Rudest auto shop I have ever stepped foot into. The short white lady at the front desk with long hair ( I believe she's the owner) answers the most simple questions with an extreme condescending attitude and tried to degrade my intelligence by telling me wrong information and told me to go to another shop because of simple questions. Also lied to me about parts not being able to be repaired and instead told me if there is a issue with it, a full multiple thousand dollar replacement is mandatory (which is false). I would not ever recommend this shop to anyone, I can not even fathom how they are still in business with such a rude owner. If you do choose get your car fixed with them, Good Luck!

My exhaust rusted out and fell off of my car and was dragging on the ground, star quality auto was the closest to where I was when it happened. I pulled into their parking lot and told them my situation and they helped me right away. They got the parts delivered and fixed the car all in the same day. Wendy is an honest person. JP will give me advice I sometimes don’t want to hear but is also honest ;) I suggest them to anyone who wants to get a European auto serviced.

They had poor customer service and were very rude. Wouldn’t feel comfortable having them work on my car considering how they couldn’t answer a couple simple questions without giving bad attitude.

Will not go back again. I felt I was overcharged for a service on an old car. Spent over $1000 for a service that I could spent less at another place & wanted to charge me close to $900 for a radiator job that I had done for half that amount at another shop.?
