The apartments are spacious and newly renovated. The kitchens have everything you would need and natural lighting comes through to the rooms very nicely. Kim is quick to respond and maintenance workers and kind and efficient. A nice plus is the free coffee and pool in the rec center..

Its been 3 months since we had moved in. I can say that the management here deeply cares about this property and its residents. I could not have hoped for better place when conducting our search for a new apartment.

Living at Summit Terrace Apartments is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. Kim in the office is friendly and helpful.
The maintenance team responds quickly.
