I honestly can’t say enough good things about Alex and the service he offered at his shop. I came in stressed about my car and left feeling completely taken care of. From the moment I pulled in, he treated me like a real person, not just another customer to rush through.
He actually listened to what I was experiencing, checked everything thoroughly, and explained the issues in a way I could understand. No attitude, no pressure, no surprise charges. Just real honesty and kindness.
What really stood out to me was how he went out of his way to help. He updated me every step of the way, finished the work sooner than expected, and even double-checked a few things just to make sure I’d be safe on the road. That level of care is rare these days, and it meant a lot.
My car is running better than it has in a long time, and I left feeling grateful, not frustrated like I usually do after dealing with car repairs. I truly appreciate Alex for his professionalism, patience, and just being a good person.
This is now the only place I’ll trust with my car. Highly, highly recommend.
