The UPS Store in Vails Gate is locally owned and operated. It offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing services. The store is very organized and clean. Staff are friendly, kind, helpful, and quick, greeting everyone with a smile and open arms. They are pleasant, inviting, and informative, even helping with phones for transactions. The new location is beautiful and convenient, with a lot of parking space, though more is still needed. The Amazon Kiosk is easy to use and the wait time is pleasant. Customers report no issues and excellent service.
I had a print order that I needed urgently and Colleen did a wonderful job making sure she had exactly what I needed. Everything was done promptly and the quality was great! Everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with, even with how busy the store was.
