On numerous occasions I’ve received notifications saying my package was delivered and there’s no package. Why bother providing a tracking number? They’re useless if the items are delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, stolen or kept by whomever erroneously receives said package! I receive mail almost DAILY for people who live across town. Forget about reaching an actual person on the phone either through the 800 # or the actual Post Office. They hang up when you call. Shamefully disgusting customer service.

This post office is the stupidest post office I have ever seen. I had someone picking up my mail and they were originally doing it weekly but then there was a problem and they didn’t get over there for three weeks. So what does the post office do? They take all my mail and send it back to the sender’s
Now I have to figure out all my bills and insurances and all that important mail and try to contact each person while I’m in the hospital to let them know to resend everything back to me. This post office gave no notice that they even took my mail. Lazy stupid people.!!!!!

This post office are extremely rude and not helpful. They lie about only sending less than 6 packages . This man is so rude and unprofessional . He shouldn’t be in business he is racist and refuse to take my orders because it’s 100 packages. I never heard of this that there is a limit to the amount of usps order you can send

Numerous times randomly stopping in at New Windsor Post office sometimes just to buy stamps or mail out packages. Sometimes just to drop off mail into mailbox outside of the post office. Though with rising costs in stamps and rising costs in shipping rates increasingly going upwards it’s making things a lot more challenging. Getting a bit too expensive nowadays to mail out things.?

Package was supposed to be delivered today from 845am-1145am. Then update changes time from 445pm til 745pm. Then at 747pm says no access to delivery location. This place is a joke. Hope they go out of business soon. All other carriers get it right.

They refuse to answer phone calls. There is no way to speak to them about any issues without driving to the office and then waiting on a line. Absolutely unacceptable.

New Windsor post office is the best local post office I’ve ever encountered. The delivery people are friendly, the post office employees are very kind and willing to work with you, and they are able to adjust during extenuating circumstances. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my package to leave IL, and I received it less than two hours after New Windsor post office received it from the area distribution center. Can’t thank them enough for their impeccable service
