"service" is great and the consultants are friendly, but I don't recommend trusting them beyond purchasing equipment. *611 Verizon customer service provided me actual info, prices, and discounts. Netflix perk was not working the way it was explained at the store. Autopay was set up through a credit card did provide $20/m Autopay discount.

Single worst retail experience of my life. I was verbally abused and told to leave by a salesman over something that should have never had me enter the store. If you don’t want to be a Verizon online order pick up location then opt out.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Verizon store at 2644 NY-32, New Windsor, NY, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had been to another Verizon location earlier in the day, where I faced a bit of a wait and some initial difficulty in getting my questions answered. Although a helpful associate eventually resolved my concerns, the experience left me hoping for a more streamlined and efficient visit.
Enter Anthony F. at the New Windsor location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I had come to this location specifically to return a Wi-Fi router, as I had learned from my previous visit that not all Verizon stores handle this task. Anthony took care of my request promptly and without any hassle, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of Verizon's policies and procedures.
What truly stood out, however, was Anthony's exceptional customer service. He not only facilitated the return of my router but also took the time to address a few additional questions I had about my Verizon services. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist were evident throughout our interaction. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism and customer care, and Anthony exceeded all expectations.
This visit was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at Verizon. Anthony F. truly went above and beyond, ensuring that all my needs were met efficiently and effectively. His dedication to his work and his customers is commendable, and he undoubtedly deserves recognition for his outstanding service.
In summary, the Verizon store at 2644 NY-32, New Windsor, NY, has earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me. The seamless, top-notch service provided by Anthony F. was a refreshing change from my earlier visit to another location. If you are looking for a Verizon store where you can expect exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend this location. Anthony F., in particular, is a standout employee who made my visit a truly positive and memorable one. Five out of five stars!

We just got done working with Jackson to purchase new phones. He was amazing to work with. He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond what he had to in order to set up our phones. We’d give him above 5 stars if we could.

Tyrell Robinson gave my wife and I EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! He helped us both replace our old phone, and guided us expertly thru the phone selection, got us the best deal, and transfered our data and Apps perfectly. He is personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with and get to know. We highly recommend him.

Never again will I enter that store. I spent a total of 5 hours in there last Sunday! The only person knowledgeable about my issue was a young woman taking care of other customers. The new sales advisor portrayed he knew the challenges I had obtaining a new phone; however, nothing was explained and I left hours later with worse problems. He NEVER fully transferred my data and I spent hours on the phone with Apple to straighten out his mistakes. Other than the young woman who was helpful, they were rude and incompetent. The manager and assisting managers should be removed from their positions. No customer service! What I was promised was never received. If you’ve had a good experience, you went on a lucky day!

Alex Radulescu is an amazing customer service guy at this establishment. Staff comes across personable, engaged, and well educated on the intricacies of Verizon authorized retailer mumbo jumbo. They make you feel good about your choice to do business there.

Easily one of the better Verizon stores in the area.Come with as much of your Verizon account info as you can to make it go faster. They'll help you access it still, but come on. It's 2023. Come prepared with your information.

Stopped by a couple months ago to upgrade to a new phone. Jesus Hernandez took care of me and saved me hundreds on the iPhone 15 through a deal I didn't even know Verizon was doing. If there's a second coming of Christ, it's Jesus Hernandez at Verizon.
