“I picked up my 2017 Dodge Durango today and I am so satisfied with the excellent job that Nick and his crew did on my car. It looks brand new. I bought the car new and never had it detailed. Just washed it and vacuum the inside. On top of cleaning the body and inside of the car, Nick shined up my rims and even repaired a patch of rust that was starting on my driver's side door. “Just used this car wash today. There is another up the street but I didn’t want to deal with their push for me to get a membership. I paid for the most expensive wash and it was well worth it. My car is actually clean and I could not find any dirt on it afterward. It’s so aggravating when you pay for a car wash and it misses spots. One thing I really liked is the dryer goes over your car 3 times. I’ve always hated having to slowly drive out with the timer at other car washes. The free vacuum was nice and strong. I didn’t have to wait to use the car wash because there are 5 bays. I like that it is locally owned and I think it did a better job than the new place up the street.”
“Hoffman car wash is in a convenient location and open for business at times that makes it easy to use. The wash itself performs wonderfully and efficiently. Even with a bit of a line it seems to never be much of a wait. For me, the monthly contract is a very good value.”
“Hoffman has the best manual wash bays in the area. The systems dispense a lot of soap and the wands have just the right amount of pressure to clean. I prefer manual washes versus automatic machines as it allows me to clean my truck better without any chance of damage. The bill acceptor works great and never any problems taking cash.”

“I liked the car wash. But make sure you don't pull up too far. The bar got stuck on the front right side of my truck. The machine never told us to back up. So it hit my truck. Luckily, they put bumpers on it. So, nothing serious happened. Not even a scratch.”
“We had a coupon for a $5.99 cheese pizza but usually we go with a local pizza place. Seriously the best pizza we've had in a while without paying a lot for it. The Herkimer NY Cliffs pizza tastes just like Francos in North Utica.”

“Still a good value, but since about 2 years ago it has gone downhill. I like having the vacuuming done and inside windows cleaned! But they used to take pride in the finished product. I understand for the price, its okay.”

Customer service is abysmal. I’ve been trying to cancel the car wash for several months with NO RESPONSE. they just keep charging me. Next step is the BBB. This is disgusting. Definitely find a different car wash.
If they finally cancel my account and refund my overpayments, I will update my review.”
“I love this place, it’s my to go every evening. I especially like their self wash option that saves me money. Once when I was there, I did not receive my change from the machine. However, they were quick to answer my call and refunded me my money. The money came in the mail as a check after 2 days. Sometimes if the wash doesn’t wash off everything, I tend to go to the self wash and just wash it off with water. But other than that, it’s an awesome place.”
