The only thing I don't like about DJ Drastic is, he's so particular with who he works with. You don't have to be corporate or famous. I think it's based on his mood. It took me weeks to make it happen, but I'm happy we were able to book him.

The building's architects, Emery Roth & Sons, achieved a kinetic sentiment in the design of the 1.3 million square foot monolithic structure through a bold waffle pattern that distinguishes the property. Vornado has completed a significant infrastructure modernization, achieved LEED Gold Certification and recently welcomed Geller & Company and Interpublic's CMGRP as tenants.
