A bad place, as the place has become unsafe due to the large number of drug dealers and their policies are changing
East River Plaza is a shopping mall located at FDR Drive near the Harlem River between 116th and 119th Street in East Harlem, New York City. Opened in 2009, this shopping mall has twelve stores with five anchor stores, which are Target, Costco, Burlington, Marshalls and PetSmart.
