Great shop - I had an issue with my online order and they quickly corrected it (with a discount!). Really appreciate the attentive customer service and friendly atmosphere - felt nice to support a local business and I will be back soon!

Excellent wine store and great experience with the staff. I didn’t get his name but the light haired man (maybe the owner) is very helpful and patient. One of the only times I feel like I have a neighborhood in crazy NYC is at Fidi wines!
