Went to store and purchased goods. Paid and the. Told no bag? What? Returned it? I'll bet Sam Ash wouldn't inconvenience their customers!

Called to confirm a guitar was in stock and available. Person answering phone was unintelligible and sounded completely disinterested. Transferred me where I was on hold for 10 minutes until it went back to him. He said he would check (at least I think that's what he said....) I gave up after another few minutes and terminated the call. Was looking at a $1200 guitar but I guess I'll go to Sam Ash for that - at least they answer their calls. Never dealt with Guitar Center based on their reputation for poor customer service - now I see why this is the case.

The staff is highly knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help. I went in to buy the cheapest keyboard and came out with a $300 keyboard for 250 bucks. My son loved it. Will definitely go back to them if I ever need an instrument.

Better than most guitar centers but you're still going to wait like 20 minutes to buy some strings. All the guitars are generally terribly setup and they won't setup the guitar before selling.

Good collection of guitars and basses. Not so much about batteries, but good material, you can try everything. Below are the keys. There are no winds.

Great shopping experience here, massive selection to choose from. The manager talked with us on our way out and thanked us for shopping there which is always nice.

Awesome location and staff. I give special thanks to the store manager, Rob for giving me a very good deal on my Jake E. Lee Charvel signature guitar.

Friendly and helpful staff, from the front door door to the lower level. I visited this store to inquire about some power speakers. My questions were answered well. However, the room containing the speakers and mixing boards was a reck. Poorly organized and bare shelves. Definitely not set up to persuade you to spend. Despite it all, I still love guitar center .

My friends and I been to this guitar center for years now. We visited this store often and practiced guitar. Our visits there would be 3 times a week there. the security guard and guitar checkin guys knew us at that point. We were not unfamiliar faces in this situation. I went to check the guitar cases in the front and I noticed their employee, Andy, kept eyeing me. I didn’t panic about it until he started licking his lips and mouthing something to himself and pointing at me while looking at me straight in the eye. I ignored him and went to where my friend and my partner was playing(the soundproof guitar room in the back of the store). 12 minutes later probably, My friend was asked to lower the volume on the amp by Andy but used a yelling and rude tone. He lowered it volume and asked if he wished the volume lower and, but the Employee later just stormed off and returned with the manager(Jay) trying to aggressively YANK the guitar out of my friends hand while he was playing without explanation or any words first. He started saying that my friend has no money to even pay the guitar he was using and he’s obviously not going to buy it. We are latinos and we immediately assumed he just profiled us based on our looks and apparel.(we was dripped tf up). He later realized we were all with my friend moved we started packing our stuff to leave. He kept saying we don’t know to make music, just “noise”. Everyone has their opinions but that was definitely sounding from his anger at the time. I asked Jay if I could have a calm word with him. He wanted to take me to the back of the store in the employee room. I only followed him to where I felt was safe which is where the door even starts appearing. Before I even started my words, he started stuttering and talking bad about my friends to me. After he stopped, all I said was about Andy’s weird behavior and said I’m never coming back there after that rude interaction and left. The checkin guys and the guard looked confused at seeing me and my friends storming out because we usually stop to say goodbye. I have a video of the situation recorded. It’s posted on insta. I hope the next manager is nicer to local artists or music enjoyers.
