Room was nice. The ac worked great. The lobby itself was warm. Only slight downside is there is no ice machine. You have to call the front desk to request ice. There is a decent number of restaurants close by. I recommend the BBQ place next door, the Mason jar.

Room was impeccable compared to similar price range hotels in nyc. Encountered one incident with a hotel personnel who refused to help. Overall a great location, will likely stay here again.

Went here and absolutely loved the service and location, however I must say I’m quite shocked to hear that they apparently got someone arrested after illegally searching their belongings and finding a registered weapon.
