Ended up having to spend an hour on the phone with spectrum after the staff here made several mistakes on our account which resulted in no wifi and them almost charging us for equipment we did not have

40 minutes to return a router for an already cancelled account (so nothing to do but take back the router). One employee; two people in line ahead of me. Do better.
