They give you work you need. The only thing is that the pay is not enough for teacher position, it's the same rate as in other states where the living expenses are much lower than in NY.

They will take your info and not help but keep all your info like social, banking info, and other personal info and just keep it in there system for reasons unknown and will refuse to delete it upon request. Feels like identity fraud or theft. Beware

No one responds back to you. Everyone’s voicemail is full, you can’t reach anyone through email either. I still did not get paid for my shift from March 3rd. No one takes accountability except blame each other for their lack of work.
