Room was bigger than expected. For a one night stay it was perfect. Good location. Walking distance to subway, good restaurants and Times Square. Clean and quiet. Customer service was ok. No real complaints!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Rude staff, the most terrible breakfast, dirty towels in the room every day, dirty windows with no view, everything is broken, no response from reception at all, not even in a good location. I don't know why I paid for this awful experience. Just avoid this place at any price!!!
