I came in with flat tires and was expecting a long, complicated process because of my tire insurance warranty, as I've experienced with other places. This team knew exactly what to do though and had everything handled efficiently. My repairs were completed in just two days.

“I went to Endwell location last night, I walked in and was greeted with smiles. I knew what I needed just wasn’t sure on the number so a man named Phil helped. I got to the register with my oil and had a situation with something on my end he could tell I was getting upset, he stayed so calm and said take your time! I got that situated went outside and was gonna start putting oil in my car and was overwhelmed with everything he came outside and said you need help? At this point i was frustrated with myself I said yes yet again he was so calm within minutes he helped and everything was okay. THIS is what customer service should be. I can’t thank him enough 🥹”

“There is a certain guy I usually speak to, he knows his cars and trucks. Hes pretty knowledge in vehicles - I been to a couple of other auto places and I have been avoiding them lately due to the fact that there people don't know their stuff. A knowledge car person in a parts store is important witch is a plus caz I'm a typical woman Mechanic that can't always name the part I am looking for but after I explain he is great and 99 percent of the time he dont have a problem getting me the part I need. I usually spend cash there- Easy cash out.”
