This is the worse storage facility ever. There is never anyone there and if your late paying they charge you a lien fee of $25 plus a late fee of $10 so you end up pay $85 on a $50 rental. Very bad customer service would never recommend this place go to 1st choice storage on Rt 26 in Endicott
