I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T branch in Newark, thanks to Jesse. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with changing my plan and finding great deals. Jesse's patience and attention to detail were exceptional, and he offered me water while I waited.He also went above and beyond by helping me set up my voicemail I will definitely be returning soon for an upgrade, and I hope Jesse will be there to assist me again. He is truly kind and a great asset to the team.

Excellent store. The manager Jesse goes above and beyond to help customers. He provides excellent customer service. He works so hard, and you can see that he is truly dedicated to helping customers. Jesse is very kind, professional, and extremely competent and knowledgeable. And he has the patience of a saint. And Josh is also very kind and professional. Josh also provides excellent customer service.

I was frustrated with my experience from previous AT&T stores but I had the best experience of my life at this location with the Manager, Jesse. Thanks for taking the time to care and to actually listen and help me fully resolve my issues. He spent hours on me and was so nice to deal with. I highly recommend that anyone come and see him.

Unfortunately I hate to give just one star. The staff have always been pleasant to talk to, but the lack of follow up on my issue is ridiculous. I bought 2 apples watched on buy 1 get 1 free (Black Friday) promo in November 2022. I wasn’t even going to buy 2 watches until the store told me about the promo and I could replace my older model of my watch in addition to getting a new one at no additional cost. Couple months go by promo doesn’t show up. I call corporate and they say because I cancelled a phone line I’m not eligible for the promo. I did not intentionally cancel any lines, the store canceled my old watch line because it had a non-local phone number attached to it and opened the two new watch lines in its place: one in place of my existing watch line and one for the additional watch I received. Corporate tells me to work with the store, so I start talking to Jessie the store manager summer of 2023. Every month I call with no update. He eventually tells me it’s been escalated to the district manager and escalated to treasury. Now it’s January 2024, still no update and the district manager says he knows nothing about it and I’ve been waiting for a call back for a week and no update. I just want the promo (monthly credit to offset the cost of the watch) that was the sole reason of me buying the extra watch in the first place. Dragging me for 7 months with no response is insane.

Ordered phones online and went in store to have contacts transferred over. Jesse was awesome with explaining everything and getting it all done! He was also very helpful with all questions we had and even applied my liquid glass protector!! Will definitely be going in store for future business.

Jesse B hands down is the best ! I came in for a Christmas gift and he fixed all my previous problems that I was having from THREE years ago when I first switched with a breeze absolutely amazing !!
