Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a parts store. 4/30/25 I was given the wrong starter after I was assured it was the right one. Then I was told that they don't have the correct starter. After calling another store that called the Newark location it was magically found. Refund for the original purchase was given but my core charge was not refunded. I only noticed this after looking at my checking account. How many people dont notice this and are just out the money. Now I'm $80 into core charges and have to make yet another trip to the store in the morning to speak to a.manager. if I could give 0 stars I would incompetent employees at this location

My wipers cracked, so I went in the guy, and it was very helpful. I never changed wipers' blades before. He came out and saw I didn't know what I was doing, so he put them on for me.

Would not recommend. Went there to pick up parts they said they had online. Turns out they don’t. And they said they refunded me for what they didn’t have yet I’ve not been refunded. So they’re basically stealing money.

By far the worst customer service ever. The gentleman that is the manager there claims he knows nothing about automotive parts unless trying to look them up on the computer and says he worked for ups/fed ex prior to working there his attitude/demeanor is very poor. My wife went there to get parts and tools for me using my commercial account and he gave her a hard time as well. I would not recommend going to the newark location for parts unless the female manager works there.

Needed to determine whether I needed an alternator or a new battery. Trevor provided outstanding customer service. Based on this experience I will drive to this location rather the one closer to me where I have not had great luck.

Autozone is a joke Don't go here if you're expecting a refund on parts. I will never go back here again and will recommend the same to everybody I know.

Went there to buy a horn..the staff was adimate about the horn would fit...the horn was not the same
