Pompous staff that tried to make me feel stupid. when I asked for a replacement card, he said do you have any idea how many cards we would have to process? I mentioned that walmarts bank wood forest could do it in the same day. His response was that I should go there with my business. I'm taking him up on that.

I went through this community bank for my vehicle loan. I was helped by Linda who went above and beyond. She kept me well informed and was able to get me approved quickly. Highly recommend. Building is well kept and clean. Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly.
