Drive through not open again. It sould be open at 8:30, today after 9 and still not open. I did ask about it when I went in, they had no answer as to why.Maybe they should change the times on the doors and web page to match the times they decide to open it.

I phoned LNB, near the end of the week, to inquire about opening and account without entering the bank. The man who spoke with me was understanding about my health concerns and offered available options the bank could offer, but said he would need to run this past his department boss. He said he would try to get back to me the next day. I indicated "Monday would be fine." And he said, "Okay then. Tuesday at the very latest." He sounded professional and interested in doing business. I was mistaken; never heard back. I do not like chasing people, so I did not call LNB again.

They treat you like nobody even when you have an account with them. If a mistake is made with the accounts (even if its their fault) they will not forgive you or work with you at all. They will penalize you.They don't trust their customers. When I had money to invest they had no ideas what I should do. Avoid at all costs.

Great Location with large Amount of parking. Very Fast and Friendly staff any day of the week. I love Banking with Lyons National and will continue for a long time to come.
