Everyone is always helpful and courteous. Customer service is always helpful and gets the job done. She made sure a delivery person was sent out quickly to fill the tank. Driver for the propane truck was very nice and polite. Showed him where our tank was since he had not been here in past and he thanked me for assistance. He also asked if I would like my invoice so I went with him to collect same. He was very pleasant and thanked me for picking up the invoice. Overall good service from all concerned.

Be very careful!! When they up their pricing for your fuel and you want to switch, they charge at least$165 to remove their tank and if you stay they charge $50 to lock you into a price for the season!! Read the fine print before you sign the contract!!! They nickel and dime you!!! Better yet go to a company where you don’t have to sign a contract!! They also tried to charge me for a regulator when I switched which cost me $80!

I have always had a great experience with Superior plus propane. They always deliver in a timely manner. On one occasion, after I realized too late that my fuel tank was almost empty and I called and was told that it may take several days to be delivered, it was delivered the very next day. Even though next day delivery is not guaranteed, I appreciated the quick response to help me. Thank you Superior Plus Propane!!!

Everything is easy with Superior plus propane from setting up an account to get in deliveries and I also like the idea that I can look to see how much propane I have right on my tablet everybody I've dealt with is superior plus propane has been outstanding I highly recommend Superior plus propane
