I went for an appointment at 3pm only to be told I didn't call them and they didn't have appointment for me .I explained I had appointment on Monday at 3pm but rescheduled to Friday at 3pm bc I was sick. They then try to tell me I didn't have any appointments!!! If I was thinking I would of shown them my phone records proving that I called them!! Then says can't get in until Wednesday at 4pm ..and didn't write it down. I said you going to write it down..oh I will ..my friend also asked if he was going to write it down. Yes I will ..didn't write anything in front of me?! This is the first time that I've been treated like this. .and bc he was so dismissive it definitely felt like bc your a woman you don't know what you're talking about. I didn't appreciate the treatment I received and definitely won't be back!!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Just received my tires today. I am happy with them. Tire rack kept me updated when they were processed, shipped and delivered. I will definitely order again.

Prior to this experience I have always been impressed with tire rack. However, this time the guy that answered the phone was so rude, unhelpful, and arrogant that I will never use them again for anything.

I've been going here for 30 years. Realized I'd never left a review - there's a reason I will never take my car anywhere else (unless they tell me to) Matt is the definition of the honest mechanic, he and Jarod will absolutely tell you if your car doesn't need work. If it does, they don't rip you off by charging you for things you don't need or doing things to your car that aren't necessary. I've sent many people their way.
Today I brought one of my moms (I keep getting adopted) in because her car was making a funny noise. Jarod determined that it wasn't a safety issue and that it doesn't need parts until it gets much worse. My mom was very impressed :)

I brought my car in for an inspection. Not only was it done before my actual appointment, but they also fixed my emergency brake without even mentioning it or charging for it. Not only is their service excellent, but they are trustworthy as well. A big thanks to the staff there.

Recently had a terrible experience with my dealer, Van Bortel Subaru, regarding new rims. I reached out to Tire Rack (where I bought the new wheels) and was promptly and professionally taken care of by Jade. She quickly processed my portion of the refund and agreed to reach out to the nasty dealer to facilitate. Because of her, I will DEFINITELY be using Tire Rack in the near future.
