  Save your sanity and just go to another facility if you need any help other than basic postage. I don't understand how someone who is supposed to the facility expert in an area can't even provide you with the phone number of anyone who can actually help. I had to go to the Canandaigua PO to get the information I needed. Just awful. I am switching our organizations postal permit and mailing accounts to Canandaigua this week.

  A specific mail carrier refuses to deliver mail to 6 apartments at Woodhill apts for no coherent or acceptable reason. This has been brought to the attention of the Postmaster who has thus far refused to remedy the issue thereby requiring residents to travel individually to the PO to pick up their own mail. Some residents don't drive and others are Sr citizens who don't often leave the house. This mail carrier needs to be retrained and reassigned as she shows complete disregard for doing her job properly. The Postmaster should do his job as well

  The staff that works at the Newark post office are the most helpful & friendly people! They always go above & beyond to help me and answer my questions.

  An employee at this facility is in violation of U.S. Federal law: Section 18 S. 1365 (tampering with the U.S. mail) .There is an investigation into this post office (one individual in particular). My evidence is now in the hands of FBI (Rochester, N.Y.), 7th District Court and a well known investigative media reporter in Rochester, as well. There will be fines/criminal charges soon.

  There was no wait and the employees were friendly and eager to help. This bunch had way more personality than the post office employees back in Tallahassee, FL!

  Always a pleasure to visit this branch..... I’m treated with respect on every visit and I return the courtesy to the employees. A classic older location that is always clean.....Tip to humans when visiting here or leaving your house in general..... take a peek at a mirror before you leave, don’t go out in pajamas, and try being nice to others.

  Late and loses packages. One package was “delivered” to Three hours from my actual address. One was marked “delivered” at my actual address but I Definitely never got it. And nothing arrives on time even during off peak seasons.Not to mention today my item got scanned as out for delivery so it’s on the truck yet wasn’t delivered with my mail today. So it’s gonna sit on the truck all Christmas when it was supposed to be here last Friday, not happy.
