i was in store 3 minutes ago. i watched 4 young employees just chatting and hanging out at the front of the store. i had requested help with 2 of the 35 packs of water. i waited for awhile, then i asked the cashier to call again. today i gave up. previously i have waited as long as 20 minutes and 4 calls for helping hands. there must only be 1 helper per shift.
ibuprofen and acetaminophen here i come! rheumatoid arthritis is not fun!

High quality products at reasonable prices, great place to buy groceries... only complaint is it appears they have a lack of customer service/staff, there is no one around to help find items etc.

Ordered a chicken finger sub, instead of shaking the fingers in hot sauce it was poured in therefore when I got home hot sauce was all over roll saturated in it just disgusting 10 bucks wasted train employees better this is gross

Wegmans in Newark has the best sushi and floral arrangements! We love this location and visit quite often for all of our needs. It is not huge, always clean and well-organized. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Our children love coming for their grilled hot dog lunches. The restrooms are always clean, and you never have a long wait to get to a register.

It's good the only problem was I walked in with my dog, and an employee asked if she could pet the dog, but she didn't have a problem.
Later, someone walked up to me and said I needed to leave. But the other employee didn't have a problem?!
Otherwise, great produce, meat, and other foods. Love how they expect foodstamps, they always have great kindness to the customers,
Overall, it's great except inflation.
Wegmans please tell your employee the pet rule so others don't have that problem.

Tried to order subs on meals to go. No bread options. Call the store to order subs can't get to the deli. Customer service tells me I have to drive to the store and wait in line for a chance to order a sub because they are so busy they will only do first come first serve. Why would it matter if I stood there and watched or ordered in advance? I love Wegmans subs but I will be ordering from elsewhere I guess.
