Absolutely terrible service if I could give it a zero star I would.. I went in for a slushy but instead was met with a miserable store clerk who bad talked me claiming I was wasting “her” cup lids when in reality the lids that were out were dirty. To make things worse the cold cut sandwiches are literally left out on the floor. I told the worker she didn’t have to be rude but she continued to go on. Not to sound ignorant but this women needs to really be fired and Also needs a reality check. The store literally stinks idk if it’s her attitude or sum else in the store but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience NEVER AGAIN.. if u read this I recommend staying away from this store!! This is the night shift btw. What a bad way to start the year honestly.

Black lady was very rude she was working night shift my boyfriend and I came in there to get a slushy and she started getting a attitude because there where multiple lids on the counter mind you my boyfriend only pulled out three and there were kids on the counter prior to us arriving. She honestly needs to get fired because that is very unprofessional and she should not be talking to customers like that! I get it if she was having a bad day but we all have those and there is no reason for her to take it out on other people!

All employees including the manager are friendly and kind. Definitely a better experience than most convenient stores.

I came to this store to pick up the doorDash order there is one lady she’s making very slow. I was waiting 25 minutes to pick up my order and literally she’s throwing the order on my face and she’s speaking so bad words

I went into the store to get some snacks and immediately was assaulted by the smell of vomit..
There was a bunch of garbage on the floor right next to the counter where customers were to stand I'm not sure if the smell was coming from that pile or what, but the place did not seem clean at all and I did not want to purchase anything that had been in that store..

I came to this 7-Eleven to pick up a DoorDash order, and the employee working there completely ignored me for several minutes before finally grabbing the order and throwing it to the other side of the counter. It was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for.
A few minutes later, my boyfriend went inside to buy Gushers, and the same worker laughed, danced, and refused to sell them to him — then went as far as to accuse him of stealing. The whole situation was ridiculous and very unprofessional.
No customer should be treated that way. Management seriously needs to address this behavior because it reflects poorly on the store and on 7-Eleven as a company.
This was not the first unpleasant experience but this was the worse she’s ever been. Someone needs to fire her immediately.

Terrible experience!
I didn’t know there was a law that states cigarette sales are prohibited to U.S. passport holders. The employees insisted that only with a State ID we can buy cigarettes — which is completely false, because there is no law that forbids selling cigarettes when a valid U.S. passport is provided.
Today my husband was rudely kicked out by two African-American women working at this store just because he showed his valid U.S. passport instead of a state ID to buy cigarettes — which is completely absurd!
They started yelling profanity and even used physical force, waving their hands and pushing him out of the store. At one point they even locked the doors from inside, not letting other customers in, with no explanation at all.
This behavior is unacceptable and should be investigated — they acted more like criminals than customer service employees. The owner should really pay attention because these workers are ruining the store’s reputation.
They are lucky we didn’t have time to waste. Otherwise, we would have called the police and had these criminals reported….

Placed an order on DoorDash, was missing an item so I called the store to see if they had packaged it with the order and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and blew me off saying she doesn’t know then hung up on me. Was at 1:15am on 9/30/25 and sounded like an older woman, so hopefully she can get in trouble for her shitty customer service!

Supposedly they can’t do a cash app reload without a certain person when has that ever been a thing it for years I’ve been doing cash app reload and that’s never been a thing i notice people in Newburgh are just lazy
