APG Pilates Newburgh is a wonderful place to begin a Pilates journey. The environment is warm and friendly, treating everyone like family. The instructors are kindhearted, amazing, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, with unique teaching styles. They work with each person individually and in small groups, providing fun and challenging classes. They encourage growth physically and mentally, knowing how to push students to reach their full potential. The staff is knowledgeable in Pilates, human anatomy, and safe body mechanics. Consistent sessions lead to feeling taller, leaner, stronger, and more confident. Pilates here improves strength, flexibility, posture, and mental awareness. It is highly recommended.
I attended a Mat Pilates class led by Tess and absolutely loved it! As a beginner, I was a bit nervous but Tess’ direction made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I highly recommend. Don’t sleep on Pilates, that workout was incredible.

I took a Mat Pilates class with Angela and it was so much fun! The programming was challenging and I got a great workout. Angela’s teaching style will push you but she also makes the class enjoyable and spends time with students to give personal attention. Thank you!!
