They asked all the right questions about access and delivery, including follow up questions after we got home from visiting them. We received our new refrigerator 6 days after visiting them. Their delivery team was professional and dealt willingly and quickly with the challenges of the delivery (2 flights of stairs and one narrow door).”

But I went in for a pickup order and had to wait a while but it was all good. Got what I needed and was on my way. Staff inside is always friendly and helpful.”
“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)
