They asked all the right questions about access and delivery, including follow up questions after we got home from visiting them. We received our new refrigerator 6 days after visiting them. Their delivery team was professional and dealt willingly and quickly with the challenges of the delivery (2 flights of stairs and one narrow door).”

“My 8 month old son and I went in today to get a Christmas tree. I was thinking I'd be able to fit the box standing in a cart but it wasn't working out. A younger employee, who's name I didn't catch, saw me struggling and carried the tree to the checkout counter and then out to my car. I thought he was just going to leave it and go back inside but he stayed and tried to help me get it into my car. It didn't end up fitting but it wasn't for his lack of trying! He was great and I wish I knew his name to give him credit.”

“Picked up my air conditioner I ordered online at Fishkill NY store. I was waited on quickly. Employee Ismail Awadallah helped me and assisted me to my car. He refused to take the tip I was insisting on, he told me a happy customer is enough for him. Very impressed by this employee, HD Fishkill is lucky to have such an honest loyal employee.”

“Yes it's a typical home depot, unless you really look. What I mean is thing's are actually organized and not thrown about. That's a big thing/plus for me.Staff overall is friendly and very helpful with no attempt of attitude in their voices if one doesn't understand something.I'd go here over any other.”
