“Pacella's Auto Body Shop goes unmatched! They did an excellent job fixing up my husband's Dodge Ram and Toyota Corolla. Not only that, but my brand new Dodge Durango got a pretty deep scratch within months of owning it. They were able to give their expert advice and buff out the scratch like nothing happened! They were professional, kind, and really down to earth. No upcharging going on here. They are the real deal. Needless to say, we will not be going anywhere else for our auto body needs and we will be referring anyone that asks. Very satisfied customers over here!”

“I'm a Honda girl, so after my 2009 got totalled, I was out of car for just about a month. Of course this is the worse time to buy with the rates thru the roof but I didn't have a choice. My credit score isn't bad, but if you don't have a 750 or better, you get stuck with a high interest rate, bit thats on me.On my hunt I had previously visited another Honda dealer in this county, but didn't get the excellent service I got here.The dream team for me, Frank the salesman who was beyond nice,curteous,& definitely understood what I was seeking&didn't steer me towards anything else. “The terminals on my car were shot, but I don't know much about cars so assumed the engine turning off was a battery issue. They took the battery out in the rain, charged it, and put it back in (still in the rain). I needed to bring it to my mechanic for the terminals, but they took a lot of the stress off in the meantime. With some tightening around the terminals, I was able to get to the mechanic without it shutting off most drove again! Thanks Gibby!”
