“I just wanted to leave a review along with a debt of gratitude for Pat‘s towing service helping us this past Saturday evening. Our front tire blue on route 32 in Newburgh after hitting a pothole. The service technician whose name I did not think to ask for could not have been more friendly or helpful. The call probably went out at 8 PM. He showed up a half an hour later and in the freezing cold changed an incredibly flat tire! He never once complained, and was very diligent, even tapping off the air pressure on our donut. Thank you!!!!!!”

My daughter was on her way back to college after the holiday break and in the snowstorm slid into the back of a trailer truck and damaged the radiator & etc. Jeremy said leave the van and keys and they’d take a look at it. A single working day later it was ready for pickup. I’m 60 years old and have been maintaining my own vehicle since high school, and recently for a family fleet of 5 cars; so I know the cost of parts and fluids and tools and how long various repairs will take. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the care we received was excellent - I highly recommend this garage!!”

“My family and I were driving home to Montreal Canada when our car broke down 350 miles from home. We had it towed to the Midas in Newburgh where we were greeted by Ed & Jay. Realizing that we were vulnerable and in desperate need for help, Jay and Ed took great care of us. They explained to us that they believe the problem to be related to a connecting rod in the engine. This meant that we would likely need a new engine but since this is a known problem with Hyundai Santa Fe’s, Jay made numerous phone calls to Hyundai corporate USA/ CANADA and dealerships to try to help us.
We decided to leave the car with them and returned home to Canada in a rental car. Once home, Hyundai revealed to us that the car needed to be diagnosed at a Hyundai dealership… when i spoke with Jay i explained the situation to him. He was very understanding and refused to accept any payment from me.
Jay and Ed are good people. They could have easily taken advantage of us in a vulnerable situation but instead they guided us in in the right direction.”
