Under his guidance, I have experienced incredible progress and newfound enthusiasm for the gym. His positive energy and personalized approach make every session enjoyable and effective. I can confidently say that I love the gym now more than ever, thanks to Brendan's support and encouragement. He is undoubtedly one of the best trainers.

Breadgodfit gym is such an inviting, fun, and motivational experience. Brendan really cares about his clients and the success in their journey in and outside of the gym. He has a great personality that makes the classes enjoyable. He knows how to put you to work and get the most out of your work out session individually and in a group setting. Highly recommend !

I met Brendan trying to find a healthy lifestyle. I never used a personal trainer before but workout for years. Brendan was so professional and personable. His knowledge of nutrition and fitness was comprehensive but so simple to follow. He listened to my goals and put together a plan to fit my active lifestyle. His passion and caring goes beyond the one hour sessions. He called or text to see how I was doing over several months. He even started trainer my 24 year old son for his law enforcement physical fitness test. My son passed with ease. Brendan spend that time with my son at no cost. So generous!!!He is by far the most qualified and elite trainer in the Hudson Valley.The people I met through his bootcamp program, all agreed with me. Brendan is a life changer.Bread God Fit changed my life

Great trainer by far! Brendan is a great coach, motivator, friend. If you want a gym that has a sense of family well this is the gym for you. I have been part of boot camp classes and personal training sessions. Each work out has been great. Brendan makes sure you tackle each exercise even with accommodations so you can get the best out of the workout. Don’t be scared to join, it’s fun and everyone will accept you as part of the family.

Brendan is an excellent coach. Before working out with him, I worked out 5 days a week, for years, with little progress. Three months with Brendan I'm down 28 lbs and have significantly increase lean muscle. I feel great. Thanks Coach!!

The Bootcamp classes are super fun & challenging. I go three times per week & have been going for about 4 months. I can see a big change in my body shape. My strength has increased a ton!! Highly recommend.

I joined BreadGodFit gym about a year ago and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made for my fitness goals. Brendan is amazing at what he does and after a short time you will realize his genuine passion for helping others on their fitness journey.He is energetic, you will always be greeted with a smile and will always leave in a fabulous mood. He challenges you and pushes you out of your comfort zone. If you have any type of limitation/injury he finds a way to work with you safely. I can honestly say thanks to Brendan and BreadGodFit gym I’ve achieved more than I thought was possible.The gym is always meticulous and they also offer additional classes throughout the week- which are awesome if you need something in addition. I have been training with Brendan for almost two years. He is great at keeping you accountable and is very knowledgeable at what he does. It’s amazing how a good coach can keep you focused and driven! Would recommend to anyone who is trying to get on track with fitness and dieting!

It was the best welcoming to a gym ever! The group bootcamp training was great cause not only are you motivating yourself but everyone in the class as well. Morning classes are the best and get it done before work. The trainers are keeping an eye on formation and are working out with you as well. Everyone I have met at the gym have been friendly, motivators, and friends. I enjoy going and love meeting new people there’s no fear when coming. Get ready for the positive high energy that comes throughout the day, especially at 5am ☺️ Can’t wait to go back!

1-1 training with Brendan has been highly effective, and beside the comments previous reviewer have left, I want to add that he comes up with new exercises so routine doesn't get repetitive and boring, and also keeps an eye on your form.Training with him over the past few months definitely helped me get in shape and more importantly I feel more energetic and positive.I will highly recommend him to anyone wanting to feel healthy and see real changes.

I’ve been going to Breadgodfit for almost a year now and it’s changed my life! Brendan really cares about helping you meet your goals and truly wants you to succeed. He changed the way I was eating and always checks in to see how I’m doing. Before my first training session he sat and discussed all my nutrition with me and adjusted my macros in my food app. With Brendan’s guidance and help I lost 25lbs in 4 months of starting my training! He always keeps my workouts new and challenging and I now have a new love for weight lifting. His gym is clean and has all the equipment you would need! I highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

I have been working with Brendan for several months now. In a world of never being able to talk to a live person, I was very impressed with how quickly he responded to my inquiry. After working with him I admired the commitment that Brendan has to seeing you succeed. What I value the most is his ability to make you work hard but at the same time hold you accountable for reaching your goals. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!!!!!
