We chose to use Glass America after a bad experience with Safelight.We set a specific time & day for the guy from Safelight to come and he never showed up on the scheduled day.I had to rearranged my busy schedule to accommodate his appointment.That’s very frustrating!I called them the next day to see what happened & their excuse was that they didn’t have a technician ready.I understand things come up.They could've at the very least called to let me know they had to reschedule.It’s always better to over communicate than to under communicate.On the other hand, you guys were courteous, easy to work with & more importantly actually showed up to do the job!
