Despite ruining into some issues with my credit card and them being extremely busy, it turned out to be my best experience at a rental car service. They both went above and beyond to resolve my situation and get me on the road to a life changing opportunity.
Their professionalism and grace during my visit was a true example of how to demonstrate customer service. And when I say it was busy, it was crazy. Hunter and Felix stayed calm, cool, and collected while they managed everything going on and assisted me with my issue. Even when they had to completely redo my reservation, they assured me it was no problem and they'd figure it out... and they did.
